I wrote these in response to where I see my clients pain and struggles are, so I turned them into solutions and how I can support you.
You struggle with one or more of the below:
Physical pain – I am able to do what I love pain free
Musculoskeletal restriction – I no longer feel restrictions hold me back
Stress – I give myself permission to feel truly relaxed
Burnout – I give myself time to recover and feel refreshed
Tiredness – I feel soothed, comforted and at ease
Overwhelm and busy – I carve a daily schedule that supports me
Lacking direction of how to treat my symptom – Firstly I am ready to love and take good care of myself
Unclear of how to feel supported with my physical or emotional symptoms – I start by feeling grounded and connected to my body
In need of guidance on how to take care of my body – I feel supported and clear on how to take care of my body
Unclear on my career choice – I am clearer on what it is I love to do
Doesn’t receive the healing touch I need – I deserve to feel well in my body
Past or current emotional trauma – I release pain points of the past
Emotional symptoms such as not feeling loved, doubts and or anxiety – I am gentle and squidgy on myself
Lack of sleep – I am allowed to rest easy at night
Feeling out of sorts – I now feel more myself

I offer a gentle alignment technique, that is relaxing and restorative. It quickly reduces acute pain and provides alignment that holds, as it is so relaxing. I also soothes with trauma or emotional disturbances and releases them from the muscles and tissues of the body, so you feel relaxed, refreshed, cared for and more yourself.
Alongside Bowen technique, I also love pressing sore points on your feet and squidging tense muscles to help promote relaxation. I also use reiki to tune in and ask for guidance that you might need. I offer lifestyle support to ensure we prevent injury/acute pain happening again in the future.
